What am I doing wrong edit: When using the Scan to network Setup Wizard on my other PC, I can even see the above folder on my mac.

My printer can see that Im trying to set up a folder of the name ScanToEmail; I know there is connectivity to the printer.

I set up an account called printer and have shared the destination folder with ReadWrite settings: 192.168.1.2UsersmylongusernameDocumentsScanToEmail Im unable to create a shared folder in my root, how do you do you set the permissions to allow that I have not set a PIN.

Unfortunately the test doesnt provide any helpful error message besides Failed, Try Again.

Did anyone reach out to you to help Ive tried calling and they keep telling me I need to go online but there isnt an online service.
